HHO Gas Generator Install Guide
If you’ve been considering doing an HHO gas generator install, I’ll explain a rough overview of how it’s done. As you may be aware HHO gas systems are a relatively recent vehicle modification to cut down smog pollution while simultaneously increasing gas mileage. They’re one of the first truly economical steps towards cutting our dependency on oil.
The HHO gas generator consists of an electrode, an electrolyte, water, wiring, hoses, and some valves. The electrode pulls excess current from the vehicle’s alternator that would have otherwise been wasted and passes it through water containing an electrolyte. This process is known as electrolysis and will very rapidly cause water molecules to break down into their atomic components of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. This resulting gas is known as HHO or brown gas. When we direct this gas mixture into the engine it aids the combustion process, resulting in an increase in power output. By increasing our power without increasing gasoline consumption we will effectively DOUBLE the distance we can travel on the same amount of gas!
The best part about these HHO gas generators is the fact that you can purchase the parts for $50-$100 at any local hardware store. However before you run out and try to build one yourself from scratch I really advise that you purchase a kit. They’re cheap, they’ll save you a lot of headache, and they pay for themselves almost immediately! I used one when installing a kit in my Acura Integra and I’m really glad I did! There’s nothing to lose here except your gas bill.
Retrofit a Cheap Gas Generator to Your Car
You cannot retrofit a money generator to your bank account so you might as well have a direct go at a source of rising fuel prices where you have some control. Your gas guzzling car.
Of course, there’s no more cheap gas to be had. No free gas anywhere!
But you do have some exciting options of increasing your mileage by 25 to 50%. It can be done with a supplemental hydrogen gas generator retrofitted to your car. It is about water fuel.
In the middle of that range, with the average car getting 25 miles a gallon from a 20 gallon tank, that will get you an extra 175 miles. That’s about a $21 saving every time you fill up. At 50% mileage increase with a supplemental hydrogen gas generator that would be $30 a time.
A hydrogen gas generator is based on ‘old’ proven technology. It works. It’s inexpensive and you can access it. No big car company secrets here that stand between you and real, cheap gas savings.
There are three options on how to achieve this.
Obtain an instruction guide to build the kit yourself.
Buy a hydrogen gas generator kit, assemble and install it yourself.
Or
Buy an already assembled kit, install it yourself, or get your mechanic to do it.
How does it work?
Hydrogen is a very clean fuel. It’s source is water and no CO2 is produced in burning it. Just water!
It is a very powerful energy carrier. It carries rockets into space. Obviously you need to take care with this stuff.
So how can it be safely used in a car’s internal combustion engine without rocketing you into space?
Electrolysis. Basically this means that the electricity from your car’s battery is used to separate hydrogen and oxygen in distilled water as you drive. Hydrogen is added to the fuel as you go and combustion efficiency is greatly increased. Only as much hydrogen is created as you need as you drive, so no rocket blasting!
Hydrogen is ordinarily no cheap gas. But generating it this way, it is.
What are the benefits of a supplemental hydrogen gas generator?
Well, I’ve mentioned the savings every time you connect your wallet straight to the bowser.
But cheap gas is only the beginning. You will also make an immediate contribution to reducing green house gas emissions. Your hydrogen generator works by causing gas to be burned much more efficiently. Fewer harmful emissions get spewed out your exhaust pipe.
Your car engine’s performance will increase and its life is extended as it burns cleaner, resulting in a much reduced internal carbon build-up.
Did you know that the world uses something like an Olympic swimming pool-full of oil every 15 seconds? It is going to run out some day and your retrofitted fuel saver can be your bridge between rising gas prices and the day that you can buy an affordable alternative fuel car. And, of course there will never be such thing as free gas on our limited planet.
And…
You can further leverage your cheap gas advantage from your on-board hydrogen generator by using bio fuels, or liquid petroleum gas. Almost free gas, you could say.
OK, you can also use magnetic resonance devices to get good fuel savings but you need a qualified mechanic to install them. By contrast, the hydrogen generator is real “people technology.”
HHO Gas Generator – You Can Make Your Own Hydrogen Generator To Run Your Car On Water
With rising gas prices, good hard working folks like you and I are looking for ways to increase gas mileage and cut our fuel bills. I found a way to create a burnable gas out of water by building my own hydrogen generator, and I did it for less than $65.
In order to make your own hydrogen generator to run your car on water you must first understand that you do not run your car on water alone, rather you create a hybrid by injecting the gas you have created in your hydrogen generator into the gas/air fuel source you currently use, drastically increasing the efficiency at which it burns.
HHO gas, or Brown’s gas can be created out of ordinary water by the means of electrolysis. You build a container which holds the water and then send a small amount of electricity from your car’s battery through a set of submersed electrodes and the process pulls apart the water molecule into two bonded hydrogen atoms and an oxygen atom.
The resulting HHO burns cleanly and allows your engine to run quieter, smoother and with more power. I know it sounds impossible but it’s not. Thousands of people all across the globe are running their cars on water with hydrogen generators they built themselves.
One of the best things about this proven technology is the fact that you can build the generator with easy to find parts, assemble it over the course of a single weekend and all for less than a typical fill-up.
If a country girl like me can buck the system and build her own hydrogen generator, anyone can… it really is that simple.
This technology is proven and very safe but you are producing a gas that burns, but it is not explosive like pure hydrogen and you produce it on demand and in small quantities, and I have never heard of anyone hurting themselves using a home built hydrogen generator.
There are kits you can buy and install yourself but they go for $1000 or more and basically do the same thing as the generator you can build yourself. If you want to increase your mileage by 30% or more, I suggest you start with a model you can build that is easy and inexpensive to do.
Once you are familiar with the technology you can expand upon the generator by adding pulse modulation to increase the gas producing process, but it isn’t necessary.
